If Owner decides to cancel the Dog Training Services, Owner is entitled to receive a refund within 7 days of initial payment received.
Cancellations beyond 7 days of initial sign up date will NOT receive any refund, partial or full.
There will be a 4% cancellation fee applied to ALL refunds.
